I was in Manhattan to go to a Songs of the Soul Concert recently. We drove into the city early to drop off some singers who needed to be there for sound checks and rehearsals. The concert was just near Central Park and we walked through Central Park to go to the Met to see the Raphael exhibit there currently. We had to wait in line to get into the exhibit hall and it was fascinating. I was rather taken with the fact that when I asked my friend to take my picture in front of the museum I am unknowingly positioned in a shaft of light and am wearing the same color as in the painting for the banner above me.
